I mean yes its normal for a person to think of them self as "Not worthy" or "Not meeting expectations" and commonly " think of your self as unimportant",but thats not really somtehing u wanna tell your self honestly.

gracie567:

Shadow:

The initial thought isn't the issue, but the prolongation of it is. You should seek to develop that thought into: how can I become someone that I am proud of. Set short term goals than bring you toward your long term goals. It's okay to recognize that you aren't where you want to be, because it's pushes you to become your better self.

Shadow:

In short, there are negatively and healthy approaches to that first thought. Go for the healthy ones and you'll be okay (:

Shadow:

Ugly in terms of attractiveness is not the end all be all. For example for the most part humans can control their physical appearance in terms of weight and muscle mass. Have a healthy body is good. But beyond that you shouldn't be concerned with being ugly, but just being yourself. A lot of times personality and character traits are more driving factors in long term attraction than physical appearance, although they both play a role.

Shadow:

Like I'd rather date a cute 7/10 with a brain than a 9/10 hotie that can't think outside of herself.

Shadow:

Doesn't matter what I'd say. What matters is that people have different dispositions. The same person I might find attractive, my friend might not. Finding someone who likes you is just a matter of time, because there's 7 billion people on this planet and there's probably a cross section of millions of people your age that would be attracted to you physically / personality wise.
