The judicial branch of the US government has the power to create laws. interpret laws. command military maneuvers. appoint the heads of federal agencies.
ok what do u know is not correct
a
umm ok so tbh idk this question try looking it up sorry
no i got it
ok
ok so the judicial branch, when i think of it, i think of judges, which reminds me of courts. the judicial branch goes with the Supreme Court. do you know what they do in the supreme court?
no wht
so when there is a Supreme Court case (example: Brown v.Board of Education 1954) the court must decide if laws are Constitutional or not, that is whether they follow the rules of the Constitution. in order to do so, they must study the Constitution and what it means. (this is important) we can eliminate c and d because they are not about laws, so from A and B, which do you think?
a
i think im not sure
so if they study the constitution and they have to decide what it means, would that be CREATING laws?
interpret means "explain the meaning of (information, words, or actions)."
so go again
b i got the answer from my teacher thanks any way
