The question is not asking to solve or calculate anything. It is asking to group like terms together. I will walk through (i) for you and let you do (ii) on your own. i) 2/3 xy, -4yx, 2yz, -2/3 yz, zy/3 and yx. notice how there are two terms that both in the format (constant) * yz. those are like terms. because multiplication is commutative, zy and yz are equal, and thus zy/3 is also a like term. therefore, 2yz, zy/3, and -2/3yz are all like terms. repeat this logic with the other terms in the problem.
