@Elsa213 just an idea - bc. this graph is a parabola so the function is a quadratic i think from this result that need be simetric - this for point 1.

so like roots for x = -2 the y = 0 and than you check the max of parabola is in the point of (-1,3) so from these you can deduct that f(0) = -2 f(-1) = 3
