It's great your LaTex skills are improving. :)
However, it'd be best to practice them on the other LaTex questions where the practicing and learning really is.

We don't wish to overload the Ask a Question section with too much, you know?

Well when i tried to put it under the LaTex practing subject it said that i cant have more than one question or something like that

It was indeed under the LaTex practicing.
However, i've noticed you've started to do this a couple times already.

Maybe stick to practicing your LaTex under one of these posts, rather than to keep posting more? It'd definitely be more organized. ^^

That means there's still a question open in that particular subject you're asking it in.

For example, if I ask an English question and put it under that subject, I can't post yet another one after that until I close the first question.

You can go ahead and post once more under LaTeX Practicing.
But I would suggest keeping all your practicing under that post, just to keep things neat.
