I advise u to drink cold water,and start trying to calm your self down breath slower etc

while they can be passed down it does not mean you are experiencing them right now.

you need to focus on fully normalizing your breathing and afterwards, if pain persists, call a doctor.

ok, as i said, just focus on your breathing, and acknowledge the fact your having a panic attack. breathe in through the nose with deep breaths.

it could take a while to go away. some panic attacks are generally 20 minutes, but could be longer.
