You are visiting your Grandmother and notice that she is eating a balanced diet, taking vitamins, getting the proper amount of sleep and is not overweight. Despite her healthy lifestyle, she appears run down and tired. You realize that it's due to her lack of physical activity. Write a convincing letter to your grandma explaining the benefits of participating in regular physical activity.

Dear Grandmother, I saw that you were eating a balanced and healthy diet and also taking all the health beneficiary but still, you feel tired and down and maybe that is because of missing Physical activity from your daily routine. As you know a balanced diet is important for health the same as physical activity is also important for good health without the combination of a balanced diet and physical activity we can not become completely healthy and always end up getting tired. There are so many benefits of physical activity such as, decreasing your chance of having a heart attack, maintaining your weight better, have a weaker blood cholesterol level. and reduce the chance of a variety of diabetes and some cancers.  So I think it would be really good for your health if you starting doing more physical activity from now on.
