The reason Voca is at 100ss is, yes, she engaged on the site more than any other current user, and her points skyrocket far beyond the 99s.

At the moment, as ramen just mentioned, only one user is allowed 100ss. That user is Vocaloid.
However, if one gets enough points (smart score) to pass Voca, they will become Level 100 and Voca would be bumped back down to 99.


This is just a current situation.

Good question.

You see, on the predecessor of the site, OpenStudy, Hero had over 6 million ss points. In the start of QC, it was possible to transfer these points from OS over to here.

Hero did that and immediately became 99, as well as the top user.
His points are mostly all strictly from OS, not QC.
Voca's points, on the other hand, are from QC.
Thus why she's 100, and lower a place than Hero.
