What does the term aqueous solution mean and are solvents classified as aqueous or liquids?
Is there any answer choices?
No it's just a question that I came up with cuz I need help understanding it.
ok
Definition. An aqueous solution is one in which the solvent is liquid water. That is, solute (dissolved) ions and molecules are surrounded by water molecules and incorporated into the network of bonds within the water.
does this help? ill site my source... Aqueous Solutions | SpringerLink
i think they have to have water
cuz thts wht the def says lmaooo
Alright but that's google
An aqueous solution is a solution in which the solvent is water. It is mostly shown in chemical equations by appending to the relevant chemical formula. For example, a solution of table salt, or sodium chloride, in water would be represented as Na⁺ + Cl⁻.
i looked it up
OOOOOhhh so it is a mixture/solution
