I think this was made for students+ other ppl to stay off the bad bad drugs such as crack,coke etc.(drugs that can kill u if not used of the correct amount or any amount at all)


It is a positive effect keeping children plus adults from those types of drugs,saves lives,makes ppl aware of the situation,and keeps them away from the situation happening etc
