Well no. Seeing as how their starting to move Astronaughts on the moon to make human habitats and sustained living i don't think overpopulation would be a problem in the future at least with those that can afford to go to space.

I think that it depends on what country you are in. Some countries have the resources and land to adequately supply the needs of its inhabitants (most Americans are better off and can afford to splurge as well). Other countries deal with crowded conditions and poverty. as a whole, the conditions are fine for now, but the problem of Earth supplying resources for all humans decades down the line may be an important and pressing question.
