Arrows indicate if the graph extends of not Mellissa's graph starts at 0 and goes on to positive infinity But... the problem tells us `The domain of the function is all whole numbers.` (This would've included negative numbers as well) To fix it, the graph will just need to include negative values (Use the arrow!)
