I had the same problem until i used that and started working out

10min planks 5 minutes of jumping jacks touching the sky and high knees 15mile run 15 wall push ups 120 crunches
Do a bunch of planks, situps and that typa stuff. Anything that works tha core.
I mean like most people I know struggle to do a plank for like a minute. I can do a plank for like three minutes if I actually wanted to. And yeah I've done it

I know. But that's also after a long day of working outside, helping my friend train for football for like 4 hours, skating, running, and trying to workout in my room all around like 2-3 in the morning. Idk why but sometimes that when I have the most energy.

i started off really skinny at 15 but i kept on grinding everyday and just doing the minimum but the little things help the bigger things in the future
