I know. But that's also after a long day of working outside, helping my friend train for football for like 4 hours, skating, running, and trying to workout in my room all around like 2-3 in the morning. Idk why but sometimes that when I have the most energy.

if you push yourself too much youll get tired fast and give up quicker you gotta start off at the bottom

i started off really skinny at 15 but i kept on grinding everyday and just doing the minimum but the little things help the bigger things in the future

The earlier you work out the better early birds get the first worms
