Does anybody know any good effective ways to fight sleep other than coffee and stuff like that? I haven't slept in 2 days for a challenge between me and a friend at school.
I mean going to sleep is good for your health,u get more energy,and relaxes your postural muscles. Coffee isn't really healthy (Too much isn't good for u) ,and there is a good chance it could temporarily raise blood pressure. I'd say u should get some sleep and forget about that challenge for your health,unless there is money given to who wins 0,0
