some notes about these functions: - linear functions will increase the least quickly. the lower the coefficient on x is, the slower the function will increase - next highest to increase is functions where x is being raised to a power. the higher the power, the greater rate the function will increase - finally, functions that have x inside the exponent will increase the fastest. if the base (a.k.a the b-value in b^x) is higher, the function will increase even faster using these notes, try arranging the functions from greatest to least rate of increase
