Question

So Idk if i should trust this or not. but hmm. I just got a notification telling me I have been chosen. And well I don't believe it. but I just open that tab to help me answer my question a few minutes before the notification popped up. I opened it then i closed it. It Said redirect by which I think it was sum I shouldn't have opened so then I didn't. Did I do the right thing?
