What do I do when all I can do is listen to sad music and be depressed rn?

They are willing to be my friends..... but... yknow im afraid to tell them stuff... The least time i did the person unfriended me and told me my depression is annoying. And that i should never share anything about how i feel

just dont think on the bad side, just be the best you can be. whats the worst that can happen? nothing really, try doing what @Elsa213 said and fix yourself something to eat or drink. that may help. but overall dont bring your own self down, that can cause many things
