Nope, no matter what happens, I don't think it will. Trump and Biden says they won't push it to become mandatory. Ultimately, it is up to the individual to get it or not, not the government. But that also brings the question up as to why mandatory vaccines to proceed school are allowed and mostly accepted, but why is the idea of having a mandatory COVID vaccine so bad?

And yeah, COVID will always evolve/change in some way, just like the flu, which is why it is recommended to get the flu vaccine one a year to make sure you are protected against the newest strain

Unfortunately there is a chance you can get sick from any vaccine you take, that's is a side effect for every vaccine. It is unfortunate but it is just the way our body handles it sometimes. And yeah, that is one of the biggest concerns is the long-term side effects, however that's not really how vaccines work, but that is kind of hard to explain. I'm sure I can find a link if you want one!
