My Life Plan

For this final project you are going to create a chronological plan for your life. You may use Google Slides or any presentation method of choice.

Be sure to include a title page

Slide 2: High School
What are your two (2) primary pathways?
How do these pathways relate to your chosen career path?
What courses will you take to complete these pathways?
Slide 3: Post High School
Are you going to attend a four year college, two year college, military, or plan to go directly into the workforce?
If you are planning to attend college, what are your top three choices? For each choice please give the following information:
Required GPA
Required SAT & ACT
Estimated cost per year
School population
School location and distance from home
Your intended major
3) If you are planning to go directly into the workforce or military what are your three top job choices (be specific)?
What are the educational requirements?
What are the tests or certifications needed for this career?
How many people are currently in this career field?
For what company and what location do you plan to work?

What city do you plan to live in?
What is the population of that city?
What is the cost of living for that city?
What is your intended annual income?
What type of home will you live in? Include the estimated cost of the home.
What type of transportation do you intend to have?
You MUST provide your own home and transportation. For the sake of this project no one is allowed to receive a car or home as a gift from family or friends.
Based on your salary and the COL in the city you live in would your lifestyle be considered upper class, middle class, lower class, or poverty?
Step 4: Summary
After completing all of the research you’ve done this semester do you still intend to follow the career path you chose at the beginning of the year? If not, what are some things that made you second guess your decision? If so, what are some things that confirmed your decision?
