9/15 = .6 Now from here you want to convert to a percent, so basically move the decimal 2 to the right
All you have to do is divide the numerator by the denominator and then multiply that result with 100 like so (Numerator/Denominator)*100 When you enter 9/15 into the above formula, you get (9/15)*100 which calculates to: 60%

So all I did was take 9/15, I just did 9 divided by 15 on the calculator and got .6 Also 9/15 reduces down to 3/5 in fraction form, which we can rewrite as 60/100 or .6 in decimal
