taylorrrr:

how to graph C=5600+200S. i literally don't know how

darkknight:

hmm, lets treat 5600 as a y-intercept, that is where the function (your line) will cross the y-axis. And 200 is the slope, because that is the coefficient to S. So do you know what slope is?

taylorrrr:

yeah the rise/run thing correct?

darkknight:

yes correct, so I would assume taht you don't need more help. But anyways, so the rise over run = 200 So for every 200 units of rise, you have 1 unit of run

darkknight:

ask away if something doesn't make sense btw

taylorrrr:

ok! ill try that

darkknight:

So your function will look something like this|dw:1607581456069:dw| And this drawing isn't to scale btw

taylorrrr:

oh that makes more sense noww I was just trying to graph it as an (x,0) intercept as itself

darkknight:

ah alright, Have a good day, be sure to also click best response but that is up to you : )

taylorrrr:

okie

KAPALOTJAY:

yea
