Ahh, That Might help igggg.... but that never really works on me. It's like Opposites attract on me. When I think negatively I do better than when I think positive.

keep a rubber band on your wrist, fidget with a binder clip (these are things i do daily)

deep breaths and think of non-stressful things, that's what i do
Meditation for 6 to 10 mins

ye i think it help alot to start ur day I do it sometimes an dit help me alot stay calm and think positive all day
