Dezi is planning on installing a pool in his backyard. A diagram is shown below. Which of the following polynomials could be used to represent the area of backyard that would remain after the pool is installed?
where is the diagram I can help more if I see it
If we had more information like the diagram we could help you more than just by guessing.
yeah that is true we can't help you without the diagram
Ok multiply the perimeter by two to get your answer
and tell us what you get when you multiply the perimeter by two
A 19x^2+ 31x B 17x^2 + 33x C 21x^2 + 35x D 11x^2 + 25
ok hold on
@Laylalyssa
I'm stuck please help
Im stuck to
lol
here ill get someone @Ultrilliam
IDK the answer sorry
where is @Laylalyssa
why?
it's asking after the pool is done, how much space is left. You have to multiply the sides to get the area of each square, then you subtract them and you get your answer.
ok
@gentleheart6
so you think it is A
i'm pretty sure it's 19x^2+ 31x so yeah
Ok, thankyou for the help guys/girls
