i would plug it into a calculator 400(1.01)2 and then do the same with the 5., and then subtract those numbers

Thats part of it Slope form (y2-y1)/(x2-x1) the y values you get when u plug in like Galaxy said go in for y2 and y1. and the x values (2 and 5) go into x2 and x1
