What are rights guaranteed by the Magna Carta? (multi answers). If the king showed inadequate care and concern for his subjects, he could be removed. All serfs throughout England were freed from any further obligation to their feudal lords. A freeman must have broken a law and have been tried by a jury to be jailed or fined. A council composed of great nobles and clergy had to approve special taxes.

Mk well, if I'm correct, we are going to be able to eliminate option B because the Magna Carta did not really mention the peasants. They were stuck with their lord and there was not much they can do about it. now from A C and D, do you have a guess as to which are correct? or at least 1?

justus:

I can confirm that B should be eliminated.
