and in this way you need solve this system of inequality - from these interval - set of solutions you need use the lowest for y1 and y2 ,substitute them inside this equation of 4y1 +7y2 = C and in this way will get sure the lowest - minim. - value of C so these above wrote is my idea to solve this posted problem

i think that you can solve it in indifferent way - just solve it right - to get correct the lowest values of y1 and y2 what you need substitute inside this equation of C to get the minim. value of C
