@MadCuzBad so to check that is right this equation wrote by Devon just substitute these values of coordinates inside this equation in place of x and y and make the calcule to check if the left side  will be equal with right side

bc. everybody know that if a line passes trough a point with coordinates (x,y) so this mean that x and y are the roots of equation of this line
