your answer should to be persuasion. reason why if u want people to join your club they have to want to join it in duh first place hope this does not help you :D

I believe it's it's B.  She's wanting to get people to form a club with her, so a persuadsion essay/article would be the best one.  If she wrote an instructing article, it'll make people not want to join because of how strict she's sounding while writing the article
