With that being said answer option D would be incorrect also C that would leave answer options B and A which do u think is correct and why?

while under the king, the rights of the people were not being protected, which was a big issue and reason as to why they wanted their independence. It is evident that it is important seeing as they felt there must be a Bill of Rights in our Constitution before it got ratified : )
