ok i'm sorry i had to do things, but mk. uhm gucci, u said between A and B, and if b is the supreme court, it would not be correct because this case is not testing the constitutionality of anything....if he had a specif right was violated, it'd make sense to go to the Supreme Court, however that is not the case here
