no, it's not. 
were you on a question in the English section? If so, people who have unlocked the "Super Librarian" title will have it appear next to their name. 
same with math, or history. It's just showing they have a title unlocked in that subject

There isn't anything wrong. The "Super Librarian" are titles that people earn based on the amount of medals they have in that particular subject
