What kinds of shapes can be rearranged to make rectangles? If one complete rectangle is not possible, can any shape be divided into a few different rectangles?

Mercury:

I'm not 100% sure what kind of solution they're looking for but I'll give it a shot: off the top of my head: if you have two congruent right triangles, you can put the long sides together like so to make a rectangle: https://www.basic-mathematics.com/images/A-rectangle-ABCD.jpg can you think of any other possibilities? as for the second part - "can any shape be divided into a few different rectangles?" can you think of any that can't really be divided into rectangles, without having any leftover parts? for example, could you really divide a circle into rectangles?
