When you get them on yes, i have them on rn but the pain can last for a day or longer, changing the bands and stuff doesnt hurt. I dont recommend them if your irresponsible. You cant eat half of the thing you usually eat like popcorn, apples, etc carmel

ive heard people say they do and others say they dont like one kid said the worst part is when they tighten them but others say that they hurt the worst all the way through so idk for sure
