I agree about the death Penalty. It should be abolished. BUT then again someone had to do something lucid to get there. In this case it would be a diffucult answer. It morally depends on the situation.

No It shouldn't be abolished, because getting life for murder or something just keeps you around other prisoners and iffffffffffffff a serial killer were to be locked up they'd still be around others and would harm them when guards arent around therefore the death penalty would be useful

Do people have teh right to own a gun? If they have a history of murders or anything near that I wouldnt trust them. Then again there are people that use it for protection. So I would say it depends on who they are now...
