I ask but then some people dont answer after 3 hours ;-; or they gor offline

U can go on to answer the question if the user is there are not,it still gives u growth with your SS.


And they have ppl that go back and look though all of today's questions,and if u give a valid good helpful answer they would most likely award u with a medal.
