Why is there a glitch everytime I try to use the All Subs Chat, it even changed the name to My Subject and I can't see anything in the chat and can some1 tag Ultriliam for me plz

refresh maybe,happened to me yesterday,i refreshed,didnt work so i logged out and logged back in
