Oooh, ok so do you know what it called when you redraw districts to favor one party over another (or class)?

As you can see in the imagine, there is something that says "Democratic Party". This terms, it comes from the man who created this concept. He did so by drawing a district so oddly shaped, some said it looked like a salamander. (that's part of the name)
I do see what Jhonny is saying, but i think this is trying to show the concept, named after this man.
