I've had a bit of an unfair encounter with my smart score. Recently I was level 26, but for some reason my level was decreased to 25. Anyone know why?

Maybe your ‘answers’ got deleted by a mod decreasing your score

yes what i mean by spam posts is. You are commenting dry things like. cool or laughing or something that isnt helpful

Again- I don't recall doing any of this. Could one of the reasons be because a spam question got deleted and I had comments on there?

yes, it could be. If you think your SS should not have been decreased, I'd say talk to a mod in the dms

Somebody asked this quesiton recently so I'll copy-paste my repsonse from their thread.

The SS system is dynamic. Levels fluctuate based on the activity of other users, as well as your own activity/inactivity. It helps reward people who are active and contributing to the site.

So if you see small SS fluctuations, no need to worry, as you'll be back up in no time just by participating honestly on the site.
