You have to answer questions too your engagement is high bc u engage a lot

It's a simple ranking process not made to have others feel "discriminated" at all.
It's just a leveling system. The more you do things on the site (the way they're properly intended to be done, of course), the more you level up. It's just a matter of being active on the site and helping out. :)
