Which problem is more likely to affect a partnership then a sole proprietorship? A) The company will have a difficult time raising funds to get started. B) The company falls apart if one owner dies or chooses to leave. C) One person has total liability if the company losses money. D)owners have disagreements over how to run the business.
APEX LEARNING btw please help meh!!!
We can remove options A and B, so from C and D, which one do you think it is?
i think its C not to sure tho tbh
C. would make the most sense because no matter what you do disagreements will occur in businesses . As A. and B. are just irrelevant for partner and sole proprietorship .
That's my opinion .
thx again ur the best
No problem lovely .
and ty
np
Well post another if u need me nd JJ
I kinda disagree, I'm thinking D honestly because if a company looses money, both parties have to pay it back yknow?
damn i got its wrong anyway tbh
but thx for the help tho
Well yeah that would make more sense . I'm sorry .
My head is not in the best place lmao . Sorry .
Nah, its totally fine, It's kinda a treaky question,
Typical..
I think it's c
its not C tho lol i just tried it but thx again
But c would make a lot more sense wait so what was it?
I think it was D
idk tbh it dont tell me the right answer.
\(\color{#0cbb34}{\text{Originally Posted by}}\) @SarahK14 But c would make a lot more sense wait so what was it? \(\color{#0cbb34}{\text{End of Quote}}\) We thought so as well but the question was: Which problem is more likely to affect a partnership then a sole proprietorship? Therefore 1 person taking liability could be a reason, but if you can't work together the business will never work .
Ok so then D?
I know it was on of those too but honestly C made more sense.
One of those two sorry
It doesn't show the right answer but it's ok . Also If the question was stated in a different way then maybe, but we're all entitled to our own opinions .
thx tho yall tried to help n that what matter thx again!!!
Of course .
