Ambassadors are members of the QuestionCove team that will work closely with the moderators and the community to ensure that the site grows. They are knowledgeable users who have been with the site for a while and know their way around. As such, they will be able to help users out if they have questions and talk to them if they step out of line. These will be key members of the community that help QuestionCove fulfill its potential - as a place where students can learn, relax, and grow.

Yes, we can take action, as the description suggests, if a user steps out of line. Most of all in the public chats.
