How to turn off side mouse buttons for browser

Shadow:

Step 1: Download X-Mouse Button Control Step 2: Add a new command using the 'Add' button Step 3: Select the browser you're using or any relevant application which you want to disable the side button in. Step 4. Select the appropriate button to the right after clicking okay. Note: When you click a button, it lights up on the application so you know which is which. Step 5: Open up the drop-down menu and click disable. Then apply Enjoy P.S. No one on QC may need this. I'm writing this only because no threads online helped me and maybe the next guy who googles trying to fix this can find this. Don't spam the post pls.

To disable side mouse buttons (typically for backward/forward navigation) in browsers, use mouse software (Logitech G Hub, Razer Synapse) to unbind them, or use third-party tools like X-Mouse Button Control to disable them specifically. In Firefox, type about:config and set mousebutton.4th.enabled and mousebutton.5th.enabled to false.
