imma cheerleader...anyone know what to do to help me with my flexibility?
try doing morning stretches everyday when you wake up and when your about to go to sleep or something. that might help but not sure. good luck with cheer : )

i am a gymnast and i do yoga a lot and that helps also strech when u wake up and before u go to bed

Drink calcium in the form of pills to strengthen your bones. Do some flexibility exercises. And of course, continue practicing. Hope this helped :)
