A classroom teacher randomly draws the name of a student. If the teacher has between 20 and 30 students in her class, what is a good estimate of the probability of a specific student's name being drawn?

Timmyspu:

Do you have a screenshot of the information given to you?

MAMASBREIA:

jkfgd:

ramen:

Think about this problem as drawing 1 student out of 20-30 kids, so (1 divided by a number in between 20-30)* 100 would be your percentage. Which answer is closest? We can eliminate 0% because there is always a chance, and if you think about it 1 out of 20-30 isn't 50% of the class.

ramen:

But yes I think you are correct on the answer you chose.

jkfgd:

Ramen thank you so much

ramen:

Timmyspu:
