Is this supposed to be a question because rn it looks like a statement? But if you are tryna see if 3.5 pounds will be enough if the recipe calls for 54 ounces, all you have to do is use the conversion given and multiply 3.5*16 to find the amount of ounces.
3.5 (pounds used) * 16 (convert to ounces) = 56 (total ounces)
