This seems like it's a logic puzzle...but i'm not sure. Is there an image that goes along with this? Because if not, I don't really think this is a question. It's just some facts about the people and where they live....

Mercury:

This reply is somewhat late, but this is a very common format for logic puzzles if you don't already have one, you want to create a chart like this: https://logic.puzzlebaron.com/images/tutorials/3f04bc6ba0ca04d4c18c33f4df41a5c6.jpg except filling in the appropriate colors, nationalities, beverages, cigar, and pets in the lines along the left and top sides. you have 5 categories so you'll need a 20 * 20 grid (I think, I'm not 100% sure on that) every intersection of two spaces represents a "match". for example, in the link I just posted, the space where "$35" and "Bonita" intersect would mean Bonita either has or doesn't have $35. You would put a circle/check mark if Bonita *does* have $35 and you would put an X if Bonita doesn't. If you're not sure from the information, you'd leave it blank. Now, how do you know how to fill the chart? Using the clues provided in the problem. If, for example, it says "The American has a dog" you would find where American and Dog intersect and make a circle. If it said "The Swede does not drink lemonade" you would X out the intersection between Swede and lemonade. You would keep filling out the chart until you have successfully created all the matches.
