What do you do when your heart is broken bc of someone dying after school of a heart attak and it was someone who you have known for a long time since you were a baby?

Hun I had a friend who hurt himself and we grew up together he past like 5 years ago and all i can do is cry to feel better. Their is nothing you can do then to cry or talk to someone. I would say your heart will heal but i would be lying to you. Just hope he or she has peace

Im so sorry for your loss. Idk what to say, bc this has never happened to me. But I did lose my grandma In October of 2019. I did grieve a lot bc I was so close to her. She took care of me when my mom was out trucking. I miss her every day. But what I've learned from that is to keep your head held high. Losing someone that is very close to you can be dreadful, but the time will pass, and you will feel better. My prayers stay with you. I hope you feel better. May He/She rest in piece. Amen. (Sorry for the long paragraph)
