So first you have to make sure u have a valid email

Then you have to send the verification link 
and when u check ur email check spam and junk folders for an email from qc
there should be further instructions in there

After you verify your email 
You can come back to qc
And save an image to ur computer or device 
and then you click on the dolphin at the top right corner 
And once u click on that you select the image that u saved 
After u do that click choose and you should have a pfp
