Welcome to QuestionCove. For those of you who answered, please no direct answers. Now,you can for sure eliminate options B and C. Vast deserts are very common in the middle east, making it unlikely that there is advanced technology, or medicine, or anything that we use in the 21st century today. Then, many of the poor people live together,so that can eliminate option B. Then is we look at options A and D, there is one that just seems to fit best, and that would appear to be option ____ ?

The answer is A because the size/location of your town doesn't matter when it comes to the size of your family also there are more farms in rural areas making them a convenient place to work.
