You have to apply pressure as Layla said first to try and control the amount of blood that is coming out. Once it slows down, or even stops, then you need to clean it out and wrap it to prevent dirt or anything of the sort entering the cut and infecting it. If bleeding persists and won't go away after quite some time, visit a doctor (:
